Personal Data Privacy Policy.

  1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement of combofurshet.ru and applies to all information, including personal data of the User, received by the Website Administration in the course of the User's work with the Website, execution of the User Agreement and agreements between the Website Administration and the User. Use of the Site means unconditional consent of the User with this Privacy Policy and the conditions of processing of his personal data specified in it; in case of disagreement with these conditions the User should refrain from using the Site.

  7. The User's consent to the processing of his personal data is given to the Website Administration for the period of fulfilment of obligations between the User and the Website Administration under the User Agreement or other agreements between the User and the Website Administration.
  8. In case of withdrawal of consent to processing of the User's personal data, the User shall notify the Website Administration in writing or by e-mail. Upon receipt of this notification, the Site Administration stops processing of the User's personal data and deletes.
  9. The Site does not have the status of personal data operator. Personal data of the User are not transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided by this Privacy Policy.
Measures for the protection of personal data
  1. In its activities, the Website Administration is guided by the Federal Law ‘On Personal Data’ dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ.
  2. The website administration takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal data of Users and respects the rights of personal data subjects established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Protection of User's personal data is carried out using physical, technical and administrative measures aimed at preventing the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, breach of confidentiality and alteration of data. Security measures include firewall protection and data encryption, control of physical access to data processing centres, as well as control of data access authorisations.
