User Agreement.

This User Agreement (hereinafter - the ‘Agreement’) regulates the procedure of operation of this website combofurshet.ru (hereinafter - the ‘Site’), determines the terms of use of materials and services of the Site. The Site administrator specifies information about himself, as well as contact details for feedback on the Site. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Conclusory actions of individuals or legal entities (hereinafter - the ‘User’), aimed at the use of the Site is considered an unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. The User hereby confirms that acceptance of the Agreement is tantamount to signing and concluding the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Terms and conditions of use of the site

1. The use of any materials and services of the Site is governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. Materials and services of the Site are intended solely for use for legitimate purposes.
2. The User has the right to familiarise himself/herself with the materials and services of the Site, to order and purchase goods and/or services offered on the Site.
3. The User agrees to use the Site without violating the property and/or non-property rights of third parties, as well as prohibitions and restrictions established by applicable law, including without limitation: copyright and related rights, rights to trademarks, service marks and appellations of origin of goods, rights to industrial designs, rights to use images of people, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and Site services, in particular by using programmes to interfere with or impede the normal operation of the Site and Site services, in particular by using software to interfere with the operation of the Site.
4. Use of materials of the Site without the consent of the right holder is not allowed. The consent of the Site Administrator or the right holder of the materials is required for lawful use of the Site materials.
5. If technically possible, the User has the right to leave comments and other records on the Site.
6. Administration of the Site is not obliged to carry out preliminary moderation of materials and records on the Site by Users. For comments and records on the Site left by the User, the User is responsible independently and in full.
7. The Site Administrator is not responsible for the User's visit and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site, the User follows the links contained on the Site to external resources at its own discretion at its own risk.
8. The User agrees that the Site Administration shall not be liable to the User in connection with any possible or arisen losses or damages related to any content of the Site, goods or services available on the Site or received through external sites or resources, or other contacts of the User, in which he entered, using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
9. By providing in any form (registration on the Site, making orders, subscription to advertising newsletters, etc.) their personal data to the Administration of the site, the User agrees to the processing of personal data by the Administration of the site in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On Personal Data’ of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ. Processing of personal data of the User is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Privacy Policy of the Site.
10. The Site Administrator has the right at any time unilaterally, without any notification of the User, to change the content of the Site, as well as to change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes come into force from the moment of placing a new version of the Agreement on this page. The current version of the Agreement is always located on this page. In order to avoid disputes regarding changes in the Agreement, the Website Administrator recommends to periodically familiarise yourself with the content of the Agreement located on this page. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she must refuse to use the Site.
11. The Site administrator has the right to unilaterally restrict the User's access to the Site if he/she reasonably believes that the User is engaged in unlawful activities. In addition, the administrator has the right to delete User's materials at the request of authorised governmental authorities or interested parties in case these materials violate the applicable legislation or the rights of third parties.
12. The Site Administrator and the User shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The Website Administrator shall not be liable for technical interruptions in the Website operation, however, the Website Administrator undertakes to take all reasonable measures to prevent such interruptions.
13. All possible disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
14. All data posted or placed on this Site are on the equipment located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
15. The Administrator has the right to terminate the operation of the Site, as well as partially or completely stop access to the Site until the completion of the necessary technical maintenance and (or) modernisation of the Site.
16. By taking actions to accept this Agreement (offer), the User guarantees that he is familiarised, agrees, fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of the Agreement as a whole, and undertakes to comply with them.
